GE Profile Counter Depth French Door Refrigerator

Like its name implies, GE’s Profile series is targeted at consumers who want to incorporate cutting-edge technologies into their kitchens. This fridge is loaded with them all from the Keurig K cup coffee maker inside the door, to a clever dispenser of water. But these flourishes don't mask mediocre performance, especially in the refrigerator's freezer and an ineffective temperature-controlled drawer. This fridge is expensive and I expected more.

This fridge is a good choice, despite the blip. It has a large freezer compartment that is not common for counter-depth French door fridges. It also has a large capacity for frozen food items compared to other models.

Inside the fridge, you'll find 17 shelves and compartments. The fridge compartment offers 18.5 cubic feet of space, which is on par for the size of a French door fridge that costs this much. It also has a decent sized ice maker packed into the left door, though it isn't the largest I've seen.

You can adjust the shelves in both compartments to make the perfect storage solution. The GE PYE22PYNFS's interior design is stylish, too. The LED lighting is a nice touch and the storage bins have a third shelf that can fold down to make it possible to store items that are tall. The drawers include temperature controls that allow you to set them to Meat, Beverage or Deli settings. They're easy to open and close, however I found their textured plastic coatings to be a little hard on the fingers.

The GE PGE29BYTFS Smart Refrigerator includes the full suite of features you'd expect from a fridge in this price range, including Wi-Fi and app support through GE's SmartHQ software. The app is available for iOS and Android devices and lets you manage your refrigerator from anywhere across the globe. It also has numerous options for customizing. It will also send notifications when the door is unlocked as well as when the fridge or freezer needs to be defrosted, and when the filter has to be changed.

It is nice to have GE PYE22PYNFS had Precise Fill which is a feature found in a few GE refrigerators that allow users to select the number of cups they would like to disperse. The fridge displays a countdown to reveal how much water is left, but it's not as effective as Precise Fill.

Bosch Counter Depth French Door Refrigerator

The Bosch French-door Refrigerator is a stunning piece of equipment. It's designed to look like it's a seamless component in your kitchen. The fridge uses fingerprint-resistant stainless steel, which is a great feature for busy households. It also has a vegetable compartment which keeps vegetables and fruits fresher for longer and two compressors for preserving food. The ice maker is one of the most efficient we've ever tested and produces a pyramid-shaped Ice with low use of water. This refrigerator is the ideal option for households with a single member or kitchenettes looking for a built-in look and top-of-the-line food preservation.

The fridge was rated the best refrigerator in our Refrigerators test, for a few reasons. The freezer temperatures remained steady at just a few degrees Fahrenheit and never fluctuating more than a fraction of an inch. This is essential in preventing freezer burn. The fridge's refrigerator section also performed well, achieving the desired temperature for initial set within a matter of hours and keeping the temperature constant over the course of our testing.

Bosch is known for its top-quality appliances. It's therefore no surprise that the Bosch counter depth refrigerator can be connected to your home Wi Fi and Bosch's platform Home Connect. This app lets you monitor and control your fridge from your smartphone or tablet. The refrigerator is costly and has great features and functions at a reasonable cost.

While the fridge is an amazing piece of equipment but it's important to be aware of the limitations. It has a narrow space for shelves, so you'll have to think creatively when it comes to storing large items. Additionally the shelves aren't sprillproof and can be easily damaged or stained by sharp objects. The trays are easily removed from the refrigerator. However, they must be cleaned frequently to stop the growth of mold.

LG Counter Depth French Door Refrigerator

The LG LRFLC2706S is a top counter-depth refrigerator that packs a lot of storage in a compact frame. It has a sleek, fingerprint-resistant stainless-steel finish and features thick handles that make them comfortable to grip. The fridge has a standard French door design, with two rows of shelves that can be used to capture spills and a set of crisper drawers. The top shelf on the right side can be folded in order to create more space for taller items. There's also a full-width storage drawer for food items and an internal water dispenser.

One of the nice features of this refrigerator is that its Ice maker is located in the freezer, making it simple to move ice into the fridge to be used when it is required. The freezer also has thoughtful design features, like sliding drawers that help you organize your belongings. It also has a large container for storing frozen food, and a separate container for ice.

Another awesome feature of this refrigerator is its Smart InstaView panel. You can control the temperature, lighting and other aspects of your refrigerator from your smartphone. It's a good method of monitoring and managing your refrigerator, particularly if you're away from home.

The Smart InstaView feature is neat but it doesn't enhance the efficiency of the fridge. In fact, it took longer to defrost and chill food in this fridge as compared to other fridges we test. This could be due to its greater capacity.

The doors pose a problem with this fridge. They have handles that are sunken on the front, which allow shorter people to easily open them from the bottom, however they're not easy for taller people to pull closed without slamming them. It would have been better if they had front-mounted handles.

The LG Counter-Depth MAX fridge is an excellent option for those who want to combine the aesthetics of a French-door refrigerator with more efficient design.  french door fridge freezer with water and ice dispenser  is above average for counter-depth models and is able to cool evenly. It's also a little less than the top counter depth refrigerators that have an icemaker, which makes it a desirable option.

Frigidaire Counter Depth French Door Refrigerator

This Frigidaire French door refrigerator is a good choice for those looking for a French-door fridge that won't break the budget. It's a minimalist design that isn't as visually striking like some of the competitors, but it has enough features to make it a good pick. Its most notable feature is the temperature adjustable drawer that helps keep food items such as meat and vegetables fresher for longer. It also comes with a huge water dispenser, as well as an excellent ice machine that works fast.

Another nice feature is the "Chill Drawer" that sits over the two crisper bins. The drawer allows you to divert some of the refrigerator's cooling power directly into this area, so you can put away food items that require special attention. You can adjust this feature using an adjustable slider that is located just outside of the drawer. It is also possible to use this to set a general cooling setting for the whole fridge, though I've found that adjusting the general settings tends produce better results than specific ones.

During my tests, the refrigerator's temperatures were fairly constant across the different areas of the refrigerator. Temperatures at the top and bottom of the fridge didn't vary significantly from 38 degrees, and the middle of the fridge was within one degree of 36. This is a good performance, but it isn't quite at the top of our rankings.

This fridge has a few other neat features, including a temperature-monitoring display that alerts you to fluctuations and provides a forecast for the day ahead. This fridge can be paired with a smart thermostat to obtain more precise readings of the internal temperature of your fridge.

The exterior of the Frigidaire is made of gray-bodied stainless with a "smudge proof" finish. It is capable of removing streaks and fingerprints, even compared to glossier stainless steel finishes on other appliances I've tested.
